1. WHAT THIS AGREEMENT COVERS

This agreement is between you and Containment Records LTD for the use of our PicoDub audio player software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

2. YOUR LICENCE

We grant you the right to:

  • Install and use the Software on your devices
  • Use the Software for personal or business purposes
  • Make backup copies for your own use

You cannot:

  • Copy or share the Software with others
  • Reverse engineer or modify the Software
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes

3. OWNERSHIP

We own the Software. You own the right to use it under this licence. This licence does not transfer ownership to you.

4. CONSUMER RIGHTS (UK PERSONAL USERS)

If you bought this Software for personal use, you have legal rights under UK law that cannot be removed:

  • The Software must work as described
  • The Software must be of acceptable quality
  • You can get a refund if the Software is faulty within 30 days
  • You can get repairs or replacements for defects

These rights are separate from this licence agreement.

5. BUSINESS USERS

If you bought this Software for business use, the following applies:

No Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" without any promises about how it will work.

Limited Liability: We are not responsible for:

  • Lost profits or business
  • Data loss
  • Indirect damages

6. REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds except where required by UK consumer law

Before purchasing, please try the free version of the Software to ensure it meets your needs and works on your system.

7. UPDATES

We may provide Software updates. Updates are optional unless they fix security issues.

8. ENDING THIS LICENCE

This licence continues until:

  • You uninstall the Software, or
  • You break these terms

When the licence ends, you must stop using and delete the Software.

9. PERSONAL DATA
